If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would. I had an incredible experience with this repair service! My phone had a broken connecter piece from a charging ribbon cable that was stuck inside its port on the motherboard. Fortunately, I was able to bring it in for repair on the same day. Michel here did an amazing job! He managed to fully restore my phone's charging, speaker, and vibration, and to my surprise, none of my data was lost. The entire process, from diagnosis to repair, took only a few hours, and I got my phone back working perfectly the same evening. He even stayed 1.5 hours late after work for me to make sure I got my phone that night, as I had gotten a little lost making my way there while downtown. I absolutely love profix. They are fast. Extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. The place is very neat. I've been there several times and always I'm happy with the service and the staff highly recommend them. They're quiet but their knowledge speaks volumes..
